We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as Managing Director at Leicester-Shire & Rutland Sport (LRS). As the lead executive, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth and development across the organisation, while ensuring the sustainability and success of our cricket programmes.
About the PositionThis is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the Board of Directors and key partners, leveraging your expertise to drive innovation and excellence in cricket development, commercialisation, and stakeholder engagement.

- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to grow participation, revenue, and reputation across all levels of cricket.
