About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans, monitoring residents' progress and making adjustments as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct risk assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans for each resident.
  2. Provide direct care to residents, including washing, dressing, and support with nutrition and hydration.
  3. Extend clinical competencies and nursing practice to offer comprehensive services, such as catheterisation, venepuncture, and IVI therapy.
  4. Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant policies, standards, and legislation.
Requirements
  1. Active NMC pin.
  2. Genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct.
  3. Be willing to work a flexible shift pattern.
  4. Provide formal and informal mentoring to colleagues and other care professionals.
  5. Undertake all mandatory and necessary training.
