Deputy SENCO Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy SENCO to join our team at an 'Outstanding' Primary school in Newham. This is a full-time and permanent position, paid directly through the school.
As a Deputy SENCO, your role will involve working closely with a very experienced and strong SENCO to provide additional support to SEN pupils. This will include helping to complete EHCPs and assessments, providing support where needed to ensure progress is being made, and working alongside a range of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with EHCPs and assessments
- Providing additional support to SEN pupils
- Working with a range of professionals
- Step in as the main SENCO if needed
Job Details:
- Full-time and permanent school contract
- MPS2 - UPS3 salary range
- The school is willing to pay for the successful candidate's SENCO qualification
