Sensory Experience Consultant

We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Sensory Experience Consultant. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers on our products, and ensuring a unique and inspirational in-store experience.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of fragrances and products, developing your knowledge and skills in the art of fragrance combining and gifting. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, creating engaging store displays, and participating in in-store events.
You will be an approachable and friendly ambassador for Jo Malone London, with a passion for delivering personalized and authentic customer experiences. With flexibility across days and hours, you will be able to balance your work-life requirements while providing exceptional service to our customers.
We offer a competitive salary of £13.15 per hour, with opportunities for commission and product discounts. In addition, you will benefit from comprehensive training and development programs, as well as access to our employee wellbeing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Develop and maintain expertise in Jo Malone London products, including fragrances, candles, and home products
- Participate in in-store events and promotions, promoting products and enhancing customer engagement
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, ensuring stores look their best at all times
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
