We are seeking a talented and ambitious Luxury Sales Consultant to join our team in Leamington Spa. As an art expert, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, inspiring them to buy and build their perfect art collection.

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 basic, with uncapped earning potential based on performance.

About the Role

In this dynamic role, you will be at the heart of our business, working closely with clients to understand their tastes and collections. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Brand Ambassador: Greet, qualify, and onboard new clients, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
  • Client Relationship Management (CRM): Nurture relationships with existing clients and match our portfolio of world-class art with their interests.
  • Sales Strategy: Generate new leads, re-engage lapsed clients, and manage the gallery's database to achieve sales targets.
  • Consultative Sales: Attend home approvals, delivering personalized and exceptional art buying experiences.
  • Events Sales: Host exclusive events, providing tailored VIP experiences for clients.
What We're Looking For

We seek an individual who is engaging, tenacious, and passionate about delivering top-tier client experiences. You should have at least one year of experience in a target-driven sales role and a driving license with access to your own vehicle.
