Commercial Operations Assistant

Are you a skilled administrator looking for a temporary opportunity? We have a vacancy for a Temporary Office Administrator in Birtley, Chester Le Street.
This role involves working in a dynamic, construction-related environment where you will provide administrative support to commercial and financial operations teams. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations, managing documents, and coordinating staff travel/accommodations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have experience with document management systems, such as SharePoint 2013. They will also support senior management and perform ad hoc duties, including basic accounting tasks like invoicing and commercial processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage office documents, files, and archives
- Coordinate staff travel and accommodations
- Schedule training and medicals in partnership with the Training Manager
- Perform basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and commercial processes
- Provide administrative support to senior management
- Familiarity with document management (e.g., SharePoint)
Salary and Benefits:
- £13.74 per hour, paid weekly
