Binding Authorities Operations Specialist

**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Binding Authorities Operations Technician to join our rapidly growing Binders team at Howden Group Holdings. As a key member of our Binding Authority Operations team, you will be responsible for managing the various servicing requirements for assigned client accounts.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Full ownership of allocated Coverholder accounts, including drafting and updating contracts, processing premium bordereaux, and corresponding with clients.
- Providing underwriters with various bordereaux and premium updates, reviewing risk level data, and preparing reports.
- Updating and maintaining internal broking system records, monitoring spreadsheets, and supporting less experienced team members.
- Additional duties as may be required from time to time.
**Requirements**
- Demonstrable experience in managing all aspects of Lloyd's Binding Authorities, including preparing contracts, using ATLAS and DCOM, and reviewing and processing premium bordereaux.
- Experience using DA SATs/DDM, IMR, and broking systems such as Brokasure.
- Liaising with underwriters and clients, dealing with risk reports, and providing excellent customer service.
