Kentro Capital is seeking a driven and proactive Delegated Authority/Binder Operations Associate to contribute to the company's ambitious growth strategy.

This multifaceted role involves building strong relationships with business units and managers, providing high-quality technical and administrative support, and effectively managing complex inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively address the operational needs of various business units.
  • Assist in preparing Written Bordereaux for review by Directors/Department Heads and Carriers.
  • Manage and administer new and renewal Binding Authority Agreements, ensuring existing files are up-to-date.
  • Utilize Lloyd's and London Market tools (DCOM, Atlas, QA Tool, Crystal, Xchanging, DDM) to process and register Binding Authority Agreements.
  • Contribute to the creation and improvement of operational policies and procedural manuals under the guidance of Senior Operations Associates.
  • Maintain internal trackers and reporting mechanisms.
  • Conduct system testing in RiskWrite (Underwriting & Accounting system) and RiskWrite Analytics (Data Warehouse) to ensure new/renewal Binding Authority Agreements, products, and system functionality meet operational standards.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as needed.
Requirements:
  • Ideally possess A Levels or QCF Level 3 qualifications or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm, hard work, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Exhibit strong collaboration skills and the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Be adaptable and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, including meeting tight deadlines.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail for producing high-quality outputs and accurate record keeping.
  • Possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a professional demeanor.
  • Show initiative by seeking solutions to problems and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • Build trust through integrity and professionalism.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and establishing long-lasting relationships.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Solid understanding of Binding Authority Agreements.
