We are in search of a skilled Binding Authority Operations Technician to enhance our dynamic Binders team at Howden. This role is pivotal for those who are enthusiastic about overseeing Lloyd's Binding Authorities and are ready to embrace new responsibilities. As part of our team, you will manage Coverholder accounts and engage in various operational tasks, including the formulation of agreements, contract processing, and effective communication with clients and underwriters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulating New and Renewal Binding Authority Agreements
  • Maintaining internal systems and managing Contracts and Premium Bordereaux
  • Communicating with clients and providing necessary updates to Underwriters
  • Analyzing Risk Level Data and generating reports
  • Assisting and mentoring team members

Qualifications Required

  • Proven experience in managing Lloyd's Binding Authorities
  • Familiarity with ATLAS, DCOM, and Broking Systems
  • Capability to review and manage Premium Bordereaux
  • Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
