Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join MW Appointments as a key member of our team, specializing in the placement and servicing of binding authorities and niche programs for Managing General Agents (MGAs) and Coverholders worldwide.

About the Role

As a Senior Binding Authority Specialist, you will work closely with partners to understand their requirements and assist in developing innovative solutions that meet their needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all aspects of due diligence, registration, and on-boarding of new and renewed binders into the Lloyd's and overseas markets.
  • Ensuring the effective provision of ongoing broking needs, binder administration, analytics, and query resolution from clients and markets.
  • Coordinating the placement process to avoid delays and ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience within the Lloyd's market binding authority channels.
  • A strong technical understanding of the placement processes, documentation, and platforms, including the use of DCOM and Atlas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

What We Offer

As a Senior Binding Authority Specialist at MW Appointments, you can expect a competitive salary range of £45,000 to £60,000, an annual bonus and benefits package, and hybrid working flexibility.
