About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Binding Authority Technician to join our team. As a key member of the Technical Department, you will provide support to the Broking and Managed Underwriting departments, contributing to the smooth running of the Binding Authority team.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage and maintain the Binding Authority diary, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
  2. Assist in the production of Confirmations of Cover, Endorsements, and other general correspondence, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Submit Binding Authority Agreements/Endorsements to Delegated Contract Manager, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  4. Process Binding Authority Agreements/Endorsements/Premium Bordereaux submissions to Xchanging, resolving any resulting queries in a timely manner.
  5. Perform general office administration tasks, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  6. Collaborate with the team to create and submit Premium Bordereaux to the DDM System, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  7. Develop skills and knowledge in all areas of the binding authority team, contributing to the growth and development of the department.
