Job Title

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our Norwich studio as a key member of the team.

This international award-winning architecture practice is renowned for working on a diverse and exciting range of projects including architecture, masterplanning, heritage, and interiors. Our collaborative work environment fosters growth and development.

The successful candidate will provide critical support across the studio ensuring smooth operations. Key responsibilities include project coordination, facilities management, and office administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Studio Leadership Team in achieving strategic objectives
  • Implement and maintain business procedures under the guidance of the Regional Studio Manager
  • Assist Project Leads with fee and resource management, conduct project reviews, and update project management software
  • Maintain office facilities and ensure optimal workspace efficiency
  • Provide administrative support to teams including document creation, travel arrangements, and report printing
  • Manage front office duties such as meeting clients, handling calls, and coordinating meetings
  • Organize employee events and activities
Required Skills:
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role with a proven track record
  • Flexibility and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate with local, regional, and global teams
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £37,500 - £47,500 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
