We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Learning and Development Partner to join our client's team in the North East manufacturing sector. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a critical role in developing the skills and knowledge of the workforce.

Job Summary:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Design and deliver training programs that are engaging, interactive, and effective in meeting the needs of the business and its employees.
  • Work closely with HR to ensure that all learning and development initiatives are integrated into the company's overall talent management strategy.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Success rate of training programs.
  • Employee satisfaction with training programs.
  • Return on investment (ROI) of training programs.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a salary of £50,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including [insert details].
