We are seeking a skilled tutor to deliver high-quality tuition to primary/secondary school-aged pupils across the region.

About the Job
  • Deliver maths and English tuition to pupils aged 9-16 years old on a 1:4 ratio, ensuring engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Liaise closely with our Strategic Partnerships Manager, Programme Coordinator, and Quality Team to ensure seamless support and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide holistic support to pupils, addressing their individual needs and promoting academic achievement.
Requirements
  • A minimum of one year's experience working with children and young people in an educational setting, or possession of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Excellent IT and English skills, with a strong ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Diplomatic and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in challenging situations.
