Serving a diverse customer base across the hospitality, leisure, manufacturing, water treatment, and engineering sectors, they are now looking for an exceptional Operations Assistant to join their team.

**The Role**:
As an Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our engineering team's schedules are meticulously planned and in sync with our clients' requirements. This role involves a variety of tasks, including managing daily schedules, making hotel bookings, vehicle management assistance, and maintaining communication between engineers and clients. You will be at the heart of operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the day-to-day schedules of our engineers, ensuring logístical efficiency.
- Advance notification of schedules to engineers and maintenance of their digital diaries.
- Secure cost-effective hotel accommodations for traveling staff.
- Handle appointment rescheduling in coordination with both engineers and clients.
- Field incoming calls and manage client and engineer communications.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and bespoke Safewater systems.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company operations and customer information.
- Assist in various administrative tasks and project support as directed by the Account Manager.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in operations or administration, with a knack for logistics and geography.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to operate under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM systems and a commitment to confidentiality.
- A team player who can also work independently.
