About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Training Officer to join our team. As a Training Officer, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and delivering training content that makes a real impact. You will work with our team to develop new and innovative pieces of work, including digital and in-person training packages, and support the ongoing development of an accredited learning programme for Personal Advisers in Leaving Care Service Teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training content that is engaging, interactive, and effective in achieving learning outcomes.
  • Work with our team to design and deliver training packages that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
  • Support the development of an accredited learning programme for Personal Advisers in Leaving Care Service Teams.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify training needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Deliver training sessions to groups of varying sizes and demographics.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of designing and delivering training content that is engaging and effective.
  • Strong organisational and self-administration skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
