**Job Summary**
The University of Cambridge is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graduate Coordinator to manage all aspects of postgraduate administration at the Institute of Criminology. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small and friendly administrative team and a world-leading research Institute.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the smooth running of graduate teaching programmes at both a strategic and day-to-day level, in close liaison with the Course Directors.
- Oversee the work of five administrators and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes to ensure the efficient delivery of postgraduate programmes.
- Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, and other stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other teams and departments across the University to ensure seamless delivery of postgraduate programmes.
**Requirements**
- Experience of a senior administrative role, ideally in an academic environment.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
