**Job Summary**

The University of Cambridge is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graduate Coordinator to manage all aspects of postgraduate administration at the Institute of Criminology. **Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the smooth running of graduate teaching programmes at both a strategic and day-to-day level, in close liaison with the Course Directors.
  • Oversee the work of five administrators and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes to ensure the efficient delivery of postgraduate programmes.
  • Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, and other stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments across the University to ensure seamless delivery of postgraduate programmes.

**Requirements**

  • Experience of a senior administrative role, ideally in an academic environment.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
