Job Overview

Cambridge University Hospitals is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Graduate Programme Coordinator. This role will play a critical part in delivering integrated, preventative, quality specialised care closer to home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with our Joint Commissioning Committee for Specialised Services to repatriate specialised services for EoE patients provided outside the region.
  • Support sustainability of new specialist hospitals including the Cambridge Children's Hospital and the Cambridge Cancer Research Hospital.
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • Evidence of Continuous Professional Development
  • Relevant professional registration
  • Evidence of managing Successful Programmes/ Prince2 Practitioner (or equivalent experience).
Desirable Skills
  • Change management, negotiation and influencing internally and externally at all levels.
  • National policy and local implementation.
  • Workforce planning, recruitment and retention and staff development including appraisals and performance management.
