About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Graduate Programme Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Joint Commissioning Committee for Specialised Services to deliver integrated, preventative, quality specialised care closer to home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with our Joint Commissioning Committee for Specialised Services to repatriate specialised services for EoE patients provided outside the region.
  • Support sustainability of new specialist hospitals including the Cambridge Children's Hospital and the Cambridge Cancer Research Hospital.
  • Deliver EoE SPC's business plans and set strategic direction based on data and engagement with clinical, operational and corporate teams.
  • Build and convene virtual teams to deliver programme plans.

  • Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Evidence of Continuous Professional Development.
  • Relevant Postgraduate qualification.
Desirable
  • Relevant professional registration.
  • MBA or equivalent management qualification.
  • Evidence of managing Successful Programmes/ Prince2 Practitioner (or equivalent experience).
