Senior Graduate Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Graduate Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our postgraduate teaching programmes at the Institute of Criminology.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of administrators to ensure the smooth running of graduate teaching programmes
- Coordinate with Course Directors to develop and implement programme strategies
- Provide administrative support for postgraduate students and staff
- Develop and maintain effective communication systems to ensure timely and accurate information exchange
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with University policies and procedures
- Proven experience in a senior administrative role, preferably in an academic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
