Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Graduate Hotels. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards and working closely with both junior and senior chefs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Run a section of the kitchen and work closely with Commis Chefs to ensure seamless service.
  • Take on responsibility for stock take and health & safety when required.
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience as Commis Chef or higher.
  • A basic understanding and commitment to learn classic cookery and seasonal British ingredients.
  • Good, demonstratable knife skills.
  • Thorough understanding of kitchen etiquette and practice, such as lack of wastage, cleanliness & punctuality.
  • Level 2 food safety.
  • An unrelenting pursuit of quality within all aspects of the kitchen.
