We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Graduate Programme Coordinator to join our Transformation Unit team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our strategic programmes and projects.
About the RoleThe Graduate Programme Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our programme management team, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects and programmes. This will involve coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the programme management team, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist in the development and implementation of programme plans, including identifying and mitigating risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination across programmes and projects.
- Support the development and maintenance of programme documentation, including policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance programme delivery.
- Degree or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
