Stroke Rehabilitation Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced nurse to join our team as a Stroke Rehabilitation Nurse at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

The Lewin stroke and rehabilitation unit is a 26-bedded unit that delivers excellent nursing and therapy treatment to facilitate the recovery and stroke pathway process available to our post-stroke service users.

As a Stroke Rehabilitation Nurse, you will work closely with the ward manager and Matron to ensure the smooth running of the unit and participate in the oversight of the multidisciplinary team during the week.

You will also be supported to develop in your role as a leader within the exciting field of Stroke and have the opportunity to work on a vibrant hospital campus with a friendly community feel.

We are looking for a nurse with current registration with the NMC as an adult nurse with experience in Neurosciences and/or acute settings, evidence of continued professional development, and a Level 6 or 7 course in Stroke Nursing or evidence of working towards this.
