Cambridgeshire & Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust is seeking individuals for our inpatient rehabilitation unit, which is led by nursing professionals. We offer support from visiting specialists and daily medical oversight. Our focus is on providing short-term rehabilitation for individuals facing changes in their physical health, whether due to chronic conditions, general decline in abilities, or acute incidents.

We welcome both full-time and part-time applications.

Free parking is available on-site.

Main Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering direct patient care while adhering to Trust policies and procedures.
  • Being attentive and respectful to the needs of patients, their families, and colleagues.
  • Observing and reporting any changes in patients' conditions to a registered team member, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Providing personal care to patients with empathy, dignity, and respect.
  • Actively collaborating with patients, families, and the broader multi-disciplinary team.
