Care Assistant Role

Location: Cambridge

Pay Rate: £11.78 per hour

Typical Shifts:
Monday to Sunday, 7am-3pm, 3pm-10pm, and 10pm-7am

We are seeking genuinely caring and hands-on Female* Care Assistants who are passionate about improving the quality of life for those we support. In this role, you will assist individuals in gaining greater independence in their daily routines while collaborating with a dynamic team to support a wonderful group of people.

Our supported living service offers a warm and inviting atmosphere where no two days are alike. You will enhance the lives of those we support by teaching them essential life skills, assisting with personal care, and encouraging them to engage with their local communities through social activities.

One day, you might be exploring the local area with those we support, and the next, you could be enjoying a relaxing evening playing video games or watching movies together.

Therefore, we require our candidates to hold a full UK driving license, demonstrate resilience, flexibility, and composure, and have experience in implementing Positive Behaviour Support plans. Additionally, experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injuries, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours is essential.
