About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Athena Care Homes. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the care team, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional care outcomes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring they are tailored to meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a care leadership role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet the changing needs of our residents.
  • Knowledge of care standards and regulations, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care.
