We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our care team at Langdon House Care Home. As a Team Leader, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality care to our residents and supporting our care team to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the care team, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standards of care.
- Assist, motivate, and inspire passion in our care team to deliver exceptional care outcomes.
- Manage supervision, appraisal, and performance management of our care team, celebrating individual achievements and helping team members to reach their full potential.
- Carry out enhanced clinical care duties, including clinical observations and monitoring of resident well-being.
Requirements:
- A passion for care and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- Experience in a care position, with a proven track record of leading, empowering, supporting, and motivating a team.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
