Key Responsibilities:- Administer medications and treatments to residents according to prescribed protocols.
- Monitor and assess residents' conditions, reporting any changes to the clinical team.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and implement care plans.
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to residents and their families.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure resident safety and well-being.
- Competitive salary of £20.65 per hour and £21.15 per hour on weekends.
