We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Chief Nurse and Deputy Chief Nurse at Royal Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

The successful candidate will have excellent secretarial and digital skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality. They will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Chief Nurse and Deputy Chief Nurse, including managing their diaries, preparing reports and presentations, and coordinating meetings and events.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant subject and experience in a similar role. They will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Chief Nurse and Deputy Chief Nurse, including managing their diaries and preparing reports and presentations.

Person Specification

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant who has:
