Part Time Office Coordinator

This part-time Receptionist role is ideal for someone who is looking for a flexible working arrangement. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing a professional and efficient service to support the operation of our facilities management service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the phone and email system, ensuring an efficient contact route into the management teams
- Ensure effective systems are used to support the operational needs of the account
- Develop efficient ways of planning and programming activities associated with the role
- Make efficient use of standard IT and phone packages to manage own time and that of the management team
- Ensure compliance with VINCI Facilities systems and procedures
- A good understanding of administrative procedures and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
