Part-Time Office Coordinator

White Space Recruitment is seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join their team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will work 3 days a week, supporting the team with general administration tasks, bookkeeping, managing lead enquires on Hubspot, answering calls and occasional business development.
About the Role- This is a part-time role, ideal for someone looking to work 3 days a week.
- Previous experience working in an administrative role within the architecture/Construction industry is essential.
- You will need to have previous experience using a CRM, ideally Hubspot, good Microsoft Office skills including basic Excel, and some experience doing bookkeeping.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
You will be responsible for completing general administrative tasks and secretarial duties within the office, performing bookkeeping, credit control and invoicing when needed, creating leads and enquiries on HubSpot, answering any incoming calls, and maintaining Excel spreadsheets.
