We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) is recruiting a Senior Home Support Assistant to deliver exceptional care and support services to individuals in their homes. As a key member of our team, you will:

Job Description
  • Deliver person-centered care and support to meet individual needs.
  • Conduct thorough Environment Risk Assessments to identify potential hazards.
  • Support the development of new Home Support Assistants through comprehensive induction programs.
  • Complete regular Community Observation checklists to inform service user care plans.
  • Work closely with the Management Team to ensure high-quality audit results.
  • Provide expert advice and support to staff and service users via phone or email.
  • Possess RQF Level 2 or equivalent qualifications, such as NVQ Level 2 in care.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Be willing to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

For this role, we estimate an annual salary of £22,000 - £28,000, commensurate with experience and location. If you are a dedicated professional committed to delivering outstanding care, please submit your application.

Requirements
  • Qualifications in care, such as RQF Level 2 or NVQ Level 2.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
