Care and Support Specialist

We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to provide care and support to people in their own homes.
This role requires a proactive and organized person who can work independently as well as part of a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out Environment Risk Assessments, supporting the induction of new Home Support Assistants, and completing Community Observation check lists.
They will also support the Management Team to complete necessary quality assurance audits, provide office cover to deal with low-level inquiries from staff and service users, and hold RQF Level 2 or equivalent qualifications such as NVQ Level 2 in care.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing care and support to individuals in their own homes
- Carrying out Environment Risk Assessments
- Supporting the induction of new Home Support Assistants
- Completing Community Observation check lists
- Supporting the Management Team to complete quality assurance audits
- Office cover for low-level inquiries from staff and service users
- RQF Level 2 or equivalent qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 2 in care)
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle
- Able to work shifts
- Enhanced DBS with Adults barring check required
The salary for this role is estimated to be between £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
