Mental Health Support Specialist

We are a well-established, nationwide healthcare provider offering specialist mental health services to adults. Our homes are designed to meet the varying needs of individuals with mental health challenges.
As a Mental Health Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care to our service users. You will be required to work days, evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays, using your excellent communication skills to engage and interact with our Service Users.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a caring environment, although this is not essential. A passion for making a positive difference to someone's life, good written skills, and the ability to keep calm under pressure are essential qualities for this role.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, plus benefits such as a £500 Recommend a Friend Bonus, Blue Light Discount Card, up to 28 Days Holiday, and access to a wide range of free online courses for self-development.
