Pediatric Nurse Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Pediatric Nurse Specialist to join our team at the Midland Metropolitan University Hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and dedicated individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small team of staff, identifying training and development needs, and coordinating shifts. They will also be expected to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual programmes of nursing care, maximizing opportunities for health promotion.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing a small team of staff and identifying training and development needs through personal development reviews.
- Coordinating shifts and acting as the Nurse in charge.
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individual programmes of nursing care.
- Maximizing opportunities for health promotion.
- Coordinating nursing activity within the clinical setting.
As a Pediatric Nurse Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in a brand-new hospital with state-of-the-art facilities. You will also receive a competitive salary of approximately £43,441 - £56,936 per annum, depending on experience.
