About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small team of staff, identifying training and development needs, and coordinating shifts. They will also be expected to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual programmes of nursing care, maximizing opportunities for health promotion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing a small team of staff and identifying training and development needs through personal development reviews.
  • Coordinating shifts and acting as the Nurse in charge.
  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individual programmes of nursing care.
  • Maximizing opportunities for health promotion.
  • Coordinating nursing activity within the clinical setting.
