About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and caring professional to join our team as a Senior Home Support Assistant.

In this role, you will be working directly with clients in their own homes, providing care and support to meet their individual needs.

You will be responsible for assessing environments to identify potential risks and implementing measures to mitigate them.

Additionally, you will support the induction of new staff members, ensuring they receive comprehensive training and guidance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conducting thorough risk assessments in client homes
  • Supporting the development of new staff members
  • Ensuring high-quality care and support is delivered to clients
  • Participating in quality assurance audits and contributing to continuous improvement
Essential Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Hold a full driving license and have access to a vehicle
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Possession of enhanced DBS clearance
Remuneration

The annual salary for this position is estimated at £29,500.
