About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Test Centre Associate at Reed in Partnership.

As a Test Centre Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of driving theory tests to candidates across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the testing process.
  • Manage the efficient delivery of tests, adhering to strict procedures and guidelines.
  • Supervise and invigilate exams, maintaining the integrity and security of tests.
  • Support candidates with queries and concerns, providing clear explanations and guidance.
  • Review tests and schedules, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Perform daily test centre opening and closing procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Ensure the test centre meets individual candidate needs, adhering to the Equality Act and our approach to diversity and inclusion.
  • Handle and report incidents that may impact candidate testing, maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Requirements
  • A full UK driving licence (although driving may not be required for all locations).
  • Significant experience in providing high-quality customer service.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to work under pressure, multitasking to complete a variety of competing activities.
  • Experience in working with diverse customer groups.
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Flexibility in working hours and days, including evenings and weekends.
