Purpose of Role

The Associate Publishing Manager will play a key role in the development of online training products, including online courses and webinars, tailored for researchers across the world. This position will coordinate and support the creation of engaging and informative content that meets the needs of our target audience.

Responsibilities

  • Course Production
    • Support the Senior Publishing Manager to develop new course proposals and outlines
    • Coordinate the commissioning and recruitment of internal and external subject matter experts, expert reviewers, and user panel members
    • Work with the content team to create high-quality course materials, including text, images, and multimedia elements
  • Content Strategy
    • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our online training products and reach a wider audience
  • Project Management
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including content, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless project execution
