We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Test Centre Associate at Reed in Partnership. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of driving theory tests to candidates, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the integrity of our testing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Expertise: Provide a high level of customer service to candidates, ensuring their needs are met and they feel valued and supported throughout the testing process.
  • Test Centre Operations: Assist with the efficient delivery of tests, ensuring all procedures and guidelines are adhered to, and maintaining the security and integrity of our testing processes.
  • Candidate Support: Explain the test process to candidates, answer their queries, and provide support to ensure they feel confident and prepared for their test.
  • Test Centre Management: Review tests, test centre schedules, and perform daily opening and closing procedures to ensure the test centre runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Incident Management: Handle and report any incidents that may impact candidate testing, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Significant experience in providing high-quality customer service, with a proven track record of delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
