Job Description:

As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential developments, ensuring seamless delivery of our services to residents.

Your Key Tasks:

  • Establish a strong presence within the development, fostering trust with residents and promoting our values.
  • Perform daily checks to guarantee the building's safety and security, recording all incidents accurately.
  • Oversee all works, from order placement to completion, ensuring timely and satisfactory results.
  • Promote resident engagement through the establishment of a Residents Association, supporting their efforts to improve their living environment.
  • Forge partnerships with local authorities, partner companies, and other stakeholders to enhance our services.
  • Act swiftly in emergency situations and collaborate with our partner company to facilitate smooth home sales.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, leveraging their expertise and contributing to team decisions.
