**Live-in Carer Support Specialist - Make a Difference in Someone's Life**

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Live-in Carer Support Specialist to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to our clients across England. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care plans, building strong relationships with our clients, and promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous UK care experience, preferably as a carer or live-in carer
  • A genuine interest in caring for others and making a positive impact on someone's life
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A valid driving license (preferred but not essential)

Responsibilities include meal preparation, light domestic duties, support with medication, and elements of personal care. You will also be expected to promote independence, encourage social interaction, and provide emotional support to our clients.

**Salary:** £19.50-24.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
