Care Team Lead Role

At Resilience Personnel Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Care Team Lead to join our team. As a Senior Health Care Assistant, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care and support, working closely with colleagues to ensure exceptional service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor junior healthcare assistants, providing guidance on best practices and supporting professional development.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of patients' progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with senior clinical staff to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and excellence in patient care.
  • Contribute to continuous quality improvements, participating in team meetings and sharing expertise to drive innovation.
Requirements:
  • Hold a relevant qualification in health and social care, such as an NVQ Level 2-5, with administration of medication certification.
  • Prior experience in a senior healthcare role, preferably with leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of healthcare regulations, patient care standards, and organizational policies.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and provide clear guidance under pressure.

$62,776 - $82,230 per annum
