Senior Care Lead

At Jupiter Recruitment, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Care Lead to join our exceptional care home in Hitchin, Hertfordshire.
The successful candidate will lead a team of committed care assistants to provide the highest quality of care to our residents, enabling them to live their later life well.
We offer an excellent salary of £23,886 per annum (based on 28 hours per week) and a range of benefits including 28 days holiday, life assurance, and access to nationally recognised training courses.
To be considered for this role, you must hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care. As a Senior Care Lead, your key duties will include:
- Supporting residents with personal care needs and helping them to take part in a wide range of activities that support their health and wellbeing
- Administering medication and maintaining clear and accurate records

- Previous care experience, particularly in leading and motivating teams
