Clinical Care Coordinator

As a Senior Health Care Assistant at Resilience Personnel Ltd, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to patients, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care tasks, mobility, and medication administration, as well as monitoring patients' physical and emotional health.
Main Responsibilities:- Support patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting, while promoting independence.
- Provide safe and accurate medication administration under the supervision of senior clinical staff, adhering to healthcare regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of patients' vital signs, symptoms, and behavior to identify potential health issues.
- Lead by example, mentoring junior healthcare assistants and providing guidance on high-quality patient care.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in patient care through evidence-based practice, participating in team meetings and sharing expertise.
- Hold a Health and Social Care NVQ Level 2-5 qualification or equivalent, with administration of medication practical training certificate.
- Prior experience in a senior healthcare role, preferably with leadership or supervisory experience.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team.
- Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations, patient care standards, and organizational policies.
- Show ability to manage competing priorities and provide clear guidance under pressure.
