Exciting Opportunity for a Dementia Care Specialist at Milford Lodge Care Home
Hours:36 Hours (alternate weekends)

Position: Team Leader
Care Leadership Role:
- Support the Manager, Deputy Manager, and Assistant Manager in the efficient and caring running of the home when they are absent.
- Work closely with the Care Management Team to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all staff complete their tasks during shifts or communicate any issues at handover.
- Review and develop residents' care plans on the Mobile Care Monitoring System (MCM).
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is highly desirable.
