Job Title: Clinical Neurorehabilitation Specialist

About the Role:
Willings Care is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join their team at a respected neurological care centre. This part-time position offers an attractive package and the opportunity to work with individuals aged 18 and over, providing person-centred care that promotes independence, optimises health, and supports emotional and social wellbeing.

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is £39,000 per annum (pro-rata), which includes 33 days of annual leave and access to the Employee Assistance Programme. You will also receive extensive training and development opportunities, group life assurance, company pension, eye voucher scheme, long-service awards, and free on-site parking.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Neurorehabilitation Specialist, you will be responsible for evaluating service user needs, collaborating with families and carers to integrate physiotherapy interventions into overall care plans, and ensuring open communication for feedback. You will also oversee the prescription, provision, and maintenance of physiotherapy equipment and maintain secure, up-to-date records in line with professional standards.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need qualifications in Physiotherapy, active HCPC registration, experience with evidence-based practices, clinical reasoning, and outcome measurement. You should also be able to work autonomously, prioritise tasks, and support others in setting priorities. Additionally, you will need confidence in assessing and managing physical performance risks and the ability to demonstrate clinical leadership through supervision and sharing expertise with colleagues.
