About the Role

The successful candidate will work with our team to ensure optimal cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and functional recovery of our clients. This will involve implementing and reinforcing rehabilitation goals, strategies, and procedures, as well as monitoring the physical and emotional well-being of all clients and alerting senior colleagues as necessary.

They will also be responsible for accurate reporting and documentation, reviewing and making suggestions to enhance the individuals' experience, and promoting choice in the delivery of care and support. Additionally, they will facilitate the safe and smooth running of the Service, maintaining a safe working environment and maintaining service user confidentiality.

Requirements
  • S/NVQ /QCF Level 2 or other relevant subject/training – desirable
  • S/NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care and commitment to taking part in QCF studies with the intention of achieving Level 3
  • Proven experience of working within a team
  • Care delivery experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Numeracy and literacy skills
  • IT skills including accessing and using the internet, email, and word
