We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Willing Care, a respected neurological care centre. This part-time role offers an attractive package and the opportunity to work with individuals aged 18 and over who require expert neurorehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate service user needs and develop effective physiotherapy interventions to maximise independence, physical function, and symptom management.
- Collaborate with families and carers to integrate physiotherapy into overall care plans.
- Encourage service user choice and suggest improvements while ensuring open communication for feedback.
- Work alongside health and social care professionals to coordinate effective physiotherapy delivery.
- Oversee the prescription, provision, and maintenance of physiotherapy equipment.
- Maintain secure, up-to-date records in line with professional standards.
- Demonstrate clinical leadership through supervision and share expertise with colleagues.
Salary: £39,000 (Pro-Rata)
