Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Willing Care, a respected neurological care centre. This part-time role offers an attractive package and the opportunity to work with individuals aged 18 and over who require expert neurorehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate service user needs and develop effective physiotherapy interventions to maximise independence, physical function, and symptom management.
  • Collaborate with families and carers to integrate physiotherapy into overall care plans.
  • Encourage service user choice and suggest improvements while ensuring open communication for feedback.
  • Work alongside health and social care professionals to coordinate effective physiotherapy delivery.
  • Oversee the prescription, provision, and maintenance of physiotherapy equipment.
  • Maintain secure, up-to-date records in line with professional standards.
  • Demonstrate clinical leadership through supervision and share expertise with colleagues.

Salary: £39,000 (Pro-Rata)
