Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Operations Manager to lead and supervise the care team in our residential care home. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and assistance to residents, with excellent coaching and staff management skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading two days on the floor, administering medication, and reviewing care plans. They will also work two days supernumerary, updating care plans, completing audits, and ensuring the residents' safety and well-being.

The estimated salary for this role is £15.00 per hour, based on industry standards for a Deputy Manager position in Hitchin.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise the care team to ensure high-quality care and assistance to residents
* Develop and implement effective care plans that meet individual resident needs
* Administer medication and manage medical records
* Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Work closely with the Registered Care Manager to achieve business objectives and improve service delivery
