Job Overview:

As a UK Registered Nurse at Excelcare Holdings, you will play a vital role in ensuring that only the highest quality of nursing care is delivered. You will work closely with other nurses in the nurse team, reporting to the Deputy Manager. Your key responsibilities include administering medication, monitoring the care teams' practice, and working within the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.

Responsibilities:

  • Administering medication accurately and safely
  • Monitoring the care teams' practice to ensure high-quality care
  • Working within the NMC Code of Professional Conduct
  • Creating person-centred care plans and risk assessments
  • Engaging with residents in meaningful activities and promoting independence, choice, dignity, and respect

Requirements:

  • A valid UK NMC Pin number
  • Understanding and knowledge of regulatory frameworks (NMC and CQC)
  • A passion for working with older people
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a caring, kind, and professional nature

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is up to £59,155 per annum, or £23.70 per hour (breaks unpaid). This competitive package reflects the company's commitment to attracting and retaining skilled professionals in the healthcare sector.
